Hilary worked in adult intensive care for the majority of her early nursing career including taking on the role of Education & Development Sister in ITU at the Kent & Sussex Hospital. Then in 2002 she diversified into primary care and has project managed both clinical and practice based projects for various General Practice partnerships, including carrying out an ongoing project looking at the New GMS Contract.
Hilary was involved with the WiPP HCA initiative between 2005 and 2008 and in 2006 she became an independent Nurse Advisor, presenting at conference workshops and carrying out research projects for various organisations. This role continues on a part time basis whilst also acting as an associate trainer for MST. Hilary has been with MST since 2005 and works in the South East of the country.
