This course will allow delegates to:
- Gain hands-
on experience of organising medical records - Discuss material that could be pruned (ultimately with their GP and Practice Manager's
permission)
- Practise summarising notes and learn associated abbreviations
- Appreciate legal implications of dealing with patients and medical records
All delegates will benefit from MST's hands-on approach to learning. The practical
lessons will be discussed in the light of each delegate's own practice protocol.
Delegates will be provided with a course manual and a certificate upon completion
of the course.
This course has been accredited by The OCN Credit 4 Learning and delegates can obtain
